I would very much like some input about this because, frankly, after all my studying of this subject, I am still stumped. So I’m thanking you ahead of time so much for your help.

I’m doing a study on the words: “ Near ” / ” At Hand ” in the Bible.
The verse in question is: “The Kingdom of Heaven is near [at hand]”
My question: Does the word “ Near ” or “ At Hand ” refer to TIME or SPACE?
Time =meaning= Sooner -or- Later.
Space =meaning= Close to us -or- Directly on top of us.
Please don’t just tell me =TIME= because it’s what you’ve been taught. I would like to get responses that can be connected to chapters or verses mentioned in the Bible, or in other books you’ve come across that are studies of the Bible.

Here’s what I’ve come up with so far in my study.
The numbers are from the Strong’s Concordance.

TDNT-2:330, 194 / BAGD-213c / THAYER 164brobin: I think that it was just assumed that the “at hand” regarding heaven – means “time”. Because this root word means both time and space
